Frank Aiello
Frank Aiello serves as Chief of Staff to the Dean at Michigan State University College of Law. In this role, he oversees the strategic and operational functions of the Dean’s Office, providing high-level support to advance the college’s mission. His portfolio includes supervising Human Resources, Information Technology, Budget and Accounting, Operations, and Communications. He plays a critical role in coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring efficiency, and fostering a culture of collaboration across the law school.
Aiello has extensive background in higher education administration, with experience in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and policy development. He has been actively involved in legal higher education since 2005, implementing transformative initiatives that enhanced institutional effectiveness and supported the growth and success of law schools.
Aiello earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University and a JD from Wayne State University and has been a dedicated member of the MSU College of Law community since July 2022.
